How to get there

As part of the Beisheim Center, the BERLINER FREIHEIT is in the Berlin-Tiergarten district of the city centre, on the northern side of Potsdamer Platz. It is adjacent to the Sony Center, the DaimlerChrysler complex and Leipziger Platz. The Tiergarten, which covers an area of 210 hectares, is within walking distance. The government district containing Reichstag, Chancellor’s Office, federal ministries and the Länder representations, as well as numerous embassies, is close by.

There are excellent public transport connections with regional rail, urban railway, subway and buses. To get to the BERLINER FREIHEIT, take subway No. U2 or urban railway lines S1, S2 and S25 as far as Potsdamer Platz. The SXF airport shuttle goes directly to Schönefeld Airport. Tegel Airport can be reached without difficulty with the TXL line from Unter den Linden or with the U6, from the Bahnhof Stadtmitte subway station. There is a direct link between the main railway station and Potsdamer Platz station.
